All pieces are handmade in the United States to your specifications.

*CUSTOM ORDERS: Pieces can be customized upon request (such as strap lengths, dimensions, etc.)  If you would like to customize a piece, please contact us at orders@mcsjewelryny.com. Customized pieces are not returnable.

*RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: All leather items are final sale. Pieces may be exchanged for an alternate piece(s). You will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions. All shipping charges are non-refundable. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and are happy to discuss any problems you may have at any time.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are custom cast and made to order in the US. No order goes into production without full advance payment by customer. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your order to be completed.  If orders are expected to take longer than 15 business days you will be notified by your sales representative, this can occur at times when there is a high volume of orders.If you are in a hurry, a rush fee may be applied to your order and expedited in a case by case basis depending on timeframe. Orders for Hanukah and Christmas need to be placed a month in advance in order to allow for holiday delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All charms are final sale. Chains may be exchanged for an alternate choice if you find your choice too heavy, too thin, too short, or too long for your pieces. You will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions. All shipping charges are non- refundable. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and are happy to discuss any problems you may have at any time.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California State. The rate is 

9.75% sales tax will be automatically charged to CA residents.

If you are out of California State you will not be charged tax.

SECURE PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discovery.

Please be sure to provide exact billing address for your card. Incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation of your order.

FULL payment is due before any order is commenced.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

UPS and FEDEX are our authorized shippers within the United States. Ground ($15), Second Day ($30), or Next Day ($40) shipping are offered. 

Please note that UPS ground shipping may add an additional 7 business days to your order. You will be prompted at checkout to choose your preferred shipping method. Shipping to Hawaii is $30 for UPS Ground, $50 for UPS 2nd Day, and $60 for Next Day. International/ Canada shipments are available through FedEx at a rate of $80 per package.

TRACKING 

You will receive an email when your order is shipped so that you may track your package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We welcome international orders. Please choose the international shipping option during checkout and your package will be shipped USPS priority express. Delivery can take 6 - 10 business days and does not include any delay in customs. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes.
